Tenzu — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Tenzu mobile application (the “App”), operated by Yescomet (the “we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the limited data the App uses.

Information we collect

The App is designed to work with the minimum amount of data necessary. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

• Data you store in the App. Content you create inside the App is stored on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers unless a feature you use explicitly requires it.
• Support requests. If you contact us for support, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to provide, so we can respond to you.
• Diagnostic & usage data. The App and the app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store) may collect anonymized crash reports and aggregate usage statistics to help us keep the App stable. This data does not identify you personally.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To diagnose crashes and fix technical problems.

Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the App (for example, app-store platforms and crash-reporting services), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services. Data you store in the App remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Support messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle your request.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. You can remove all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the App.
